This self-help course will be helpful for individuals who have problems with anxiety, depression or anger. This does not, however, in any way aim to replace professional therapy – it is merely an aid on the road to recovery.

We have found that the most effective way to use exercises like these is to work through each step over the course of a few days, and then returning to to move on to the next step. Do not rush through these exercises, each one is important in its own way, and taking your time to work through each to get the most benefit out of it is the best way to re-train your thinking. 

It is also important that each step is completed before moving on to the next, skipping exercises are not recommended at all as each builds off the previous step.

You can sign up for a 7-day free trial, but these exercises should take you between 6 to 10 weeks to complete if you take the necessary time to complete and really rehearse each step.
